Kim Dickerson is a marketing expert with a BS degree in Retail Marketing from Radford University and over 17 years of experience in the industry. She has worked with numerous high-profile brands, including Jessica Simpson, as part of the team that launched the lifestyle brand while working for Camuto Group for 10 years. During her time at Camuto Group, Kim managed the South Florida territory and over $10 million in inventory for the company.
Driven by her passion for marketing and product placement, Kim founded Viera Social Media LLC four years ago and has since collaborated with several businesses, including the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce, three publicly traded beverage companies, and many small businesses across Brevard County and South Florida.
In recognition of her leadership and contributions to small businesses, Kim was named a Small Business Champion in February 2024 at Accelerate Brevard: The Chamber of the Future and was also awarded 2nd place in the 2024 weVENTURE Impact Grant competition.
Kim is deeply engaged in Florida’s creative and business communities. She currently serves as Social Media Chair for AAF Space Coast and previously served as Promotions Chair and a board member for EGAD (Eau Gallie Arts District) Main Street from 2024 to 2025. She is also an active member of Accelerate Brevard, serving on both the Small Business Services Committee and the Women in Focus Committee.
