Our Custom Logo Creation Process
Every client is unique just like their business, and their needs vary, so there is no exact formula to creating the perfect logo. However, while this list is not always exactly how every logo design process will go, this will give you a general idea of what to expect when working with us!
Step 1
The first step in the process of creating the perfect logo for your company is meeting with you. We find it important to meet with potential clients before starting the design process. This can be done in person, virtually, or over the phone. As previously mentioned, part of what makes us who we are at Viera Social Media is our hands-on, personal approach to business. We want to show potential clients that we are more than anonymous people behind a computer screen that you will rarely see, like so many alternate marketing/ graphic design companies.
The reason we want to meet first is so that we can really get to know you and your business before we start designing. We want to grab a cup of coffee with you and go in depth about who you are and your business. We know that the key to creating the perfect logo for your business is truly knowing your business. It helps if you have an idea of what you would like your logo to look like, even just a general idea helps us know what direction to start in. However, even if you don’t have the slightest idea we are confident that we can still help create the perfect logo.
Step 2
After choosing a package we will E-mail over an invoice. We can start the design process upon receiving payment.
Step 3
Our in house graphic designer will create 2 or 3 design concepts (depending on which package you chose.) After choosing which version you like best, we can move on to revising the chosen logo to perfectly fit what you are looking for. We want your honest feedback on the first round of logos to hear what you liked and didn’t like. This will help us when making the next round of revisions. We will only work on revising the logo you chose, but with the given feedback should have a clear path towards what you want.
Step 4
After the next round of revisions is made, we will E-mail over the updated logo. If changes still need to be made we will move on to the second round of revisions. Depending on which logo design package you chose we will continue to make revisions, if necessary, until your max revisions have been met.
Step 5
Once your logo is finalized we will make sure you have the files and that come with the package you chose.

Vector files include:
- logo colors
- any fonts used
Of course, you can always reach out to us for any additional file types you need and we will send them over.
